Children can be so adorable?

This can be deceiving...

We are thinking we might have to get rid of Abby because Aiden is just too rough with her. I can't trust him to be around the dog without hurting her. It's so sad that it has come to this especially since we've had her for so long but the situation keeps getting worse and worse. She has begun snapping at him and is probably going to hurt him if we don't get rid of her. She started out so sweet but a dog can only have her tail bitten so many times!
I hate the thought of getting rid of her...I think I will be sad about it for a long time...
